baby got back (pain)

In the course of a mildly unpleasant, but ultimately quite satisfying, Ultimate victory last night, I managed to torque my back a bit.

Therefore, today’s predicted complement of blog-post editing, document authoring, and general PowerBook jockeying will be pre-empted. Instead, we will be offering a delicious selection of lying on the floor, hot water bottles, and an ibuprofen buffet. Moaning and cursing are available at a small additional premium.

(I can be reached through the traditional channels of cellular technology and Blackberry-borne email, though my response time may be even worse than usual.)

You should exercise your stomach muscles. I hear that can help with back problems.

FYI… Heat on your back is a bad idea. You’ll want to use ice for the first couple of days. Believe me, I feel your pain. I was master of lying on the floor for a few days last time I hurt my back.

I know how you feel. You may want to stop by our site BackPainWiki and check out some of the information that we have there. I think that you can find something for you back pain and be on your way to a pain free back. I hated when I had to lay on the floor for days on end. I have a couple of great products on the site that I think you should learn more about. I hope you take me up on this and I hope your back pain goes away very soon. Steve
